How far in advance should I order my cake?
It's a good idea to plan at least one month in advance. We can do it with shorter notice, but your choices may be limited.

Will you put fresh flowers on my cake?
Yes, our floral department will be happy to assist you with fresh flowers.

Will you match the color of my dress?
Our decorators are skilled at mixing colors, but it is a good idea to bring in a color sample.

Do I need to refrigerate the cake before the reception?
Usually it is not necessary to refrigerate your cake unless it is made with the whipped topping type icing (or unless the weather is exceptionally warm).

When do I need to pay for the cake?
We would like a 25% deposit when you order the cake and payment in full at the time of delivery or pick-up.

If I pick the cake up myself, will it be hard to transport and assemble?
Our weddings cake systems are extremely reliable and you will have no problem picking them up and assembling yourself. It's a good idea to have a station wagon, van or hatchback with a level surface.

How does the fountain work?
The fountain is powered by electricity, so you must plan to have an electrical outlet near your cake table. Remember, tinting the water in the fountain may stain your table and the fountain. The fountain is your to keep.

Can I make an appointment to talk to the decorator personally?
Of course. Our decorator will be happy to speak with you to answer questions and share suggestions.
